Annicy “Peola” Uzzell Lewis

Ms. Annicy “Peola” Uzzell Lewis, 74 of 139 Country View Lane, Kinston, NC entered into eternal rest, Thursday morning, September 9, 2021 in the quietness of her home.  Funeral services for Ms. Lewis will be held at 12:00 PM on Friday, September 17, 2021 at Church of Faith and Deliverance, 622 Sussex Street Kinston, NC.  Interment will follow in Oak Hill Memorial Gardens in Kinston, NC.  A walk through viewing will be held on Thursday, September 16, 2021 from 3:00 to 6:00 PM at the funeral home.  DUE TO THE DELTA VIRUS AND COVID-19, MASKS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING ARE REQUIRED AT THE FUNERAL HOME, CHURCH, AND CEMETERY.

Ms. Lewis is survived by her fiancé, James Wooten of the home; her children, Tammi Lewis of Kinston, NC,  William B. (Hope) Lewis of Charlotte, NC; step-son, Jamie Wooten of Kinston, NC; step-daughter, Debra Hall of the home; 6 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; 2 sisters, Pearl Uzzell and Evangeline Uzzell both of Kinston, NC; one brother, John (Lillian) Uzzell of Holland, Ohio, and a host of other relatives and friends.  

Services of Love, Dignity, and Care are being rendered by Albritton-Carraway Funeral Home.
