Annis Mae Rountree Bryant

Ms. Annis Mae Rountree Bryant, 97, of 3025 Englewood Drive, Kinston, NC peacefully closed her eyes into the joys of the Lord Wednesday morning, April 10, 2024, in the quietness of her home, surrounded with family.  Funeral services for Ms. Bryant will be held 12:00 noon on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at St. James AME Church (402 East Shine Street) Kinston, NC with family visitation from 11am -11:50am.  Interment will follow in Pinelawn Memorial Park (4488 Hwy 70 W.) Kinston, NC.  A walk-through viewing will be held on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, from 3-6:00pm at the funeral home.  DUE TO VARIANTS OF COVID-19, MASKS ARE REQUIRED AT THE FUNERAL HOME AND THE CHURCH.  

Ms. Bryant is survived by her children, Joyce Bryant, Patricia Bryant, Sharon Bryant Willoughby, Delbert Bryant, her devoted sister, Thelma R. Boney, 10 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
