Chauncey Strayhorn Sr.

Mr. Chauncey Strayhorn Sr., 87, of 907 Cunningham Road, Kinston, NC entered into eternal rest on Monday, May 23,2022 at Signature HealthCare Center in Kinston, NC.  Funeral services for Mr. Strayhorn will be held at 12:00 noon on Sunday, May 29, 2022, at Jones Tabernacle Church (3550 Poole Rd., Kinston, NC).  Interment will follow in Mills Memorial Garden (1300 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, Kinston, NC).  A walk-through viewing will be held from 3-6:00pm on Saturday, May 28, 2022 at the funeral home.  DUE TO VARIANTS OF COVID-19, MASKS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING ARE REQUIRED AT THE FUNERAL HOME, CHURCH, AND CEMETERY.  

Mr. Strayhorn is survived by his children, Pamela Jones, Michelle Tabor, and Chauncey Strayhorn Jr., and other relatives and friends.
