Curtis Lee Lawson

CURTIS LEE LAWSON, 57, of 107 Emma Webb Drive, Kinston, NC entered into eternal rest on Monday, October 4, 2021 in the quietness of his home.  Funeral services for Mr. Lawson will be held on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at 11:00 am at United Gospel Outreach Church, 2682 Hwy.11 North, Kinston, NC.  Interment will follow in Hickory Grove Church Cemetery.  A walk through viewing will be held on Friday, October 15, 2021 from 3:00-6:00 pm at the funeral home.  DUE TO THE DELTA VIRUS AND COVID-19, MASKS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING ARE REQUIRED AT THE FUNERAL HOME, CHURCH, AND CEMETERY.  The family requests that only family, and The Class of 1982 attend the funeral service, please.    

Mr. Lawson is survived by his wife, Sherry Ewell, three daughters; Shanika Lawson Ewell, Ashley Nicole Lawson, and Anisha Monet Lawson, his parents; Mr. Elbert and Mrs. Connie Blango, his brother; Lorenzo Lawson Blango, his sister; Beverly Lawson Sparrow, one grandson, other relatives and friends.
