Darcell Anderson

Ms. Darcell Anderson, 68, of 1205 Sloan Street, Greensboro, NC, (formerly of Kinston, NC) closed her eyes peacefully into eternal rest Monday morning, May 22, 2023, at Moses Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro, NC.  Funeral services for Ms. Anderson will be held at 12:00 noon on Thursday, May 25, 2023, at St. James AME Church (402 E. Shine Street) Kinston, NC.  Interment will follow in Southview Cemetery (1351 Old Asphalt Road) Kinston, NC.  There will be NO PUBLIC VIEWING.  DUE TO VARIANTS OF COVID-19, MASKS ARE REQUIRED AT THE CHURCH AND CEMETERY.  

Ms. Anderson is survived by her siblings; Mal Jenkins, Alfonza Jenkins, Allen Jenkins, III, Corey Jenkins, Dana Jenkins, John Jenkins, Mary Jenkins, Allen Jenkins, Jr, Allen Jenkins, II, Porsha Jenkins, and Shirley Dye, 3 aunts, Kay Jenkins, Katie Mae Cratch, Dorothy Hill, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
