Mrs. Doris Williams Parker, 95, of 621 Fitzgerald Drive, Kinston, NC closed her eyes into the joys of the Lord on Thursday night, December 12, 2024, at UNC Health Lenoir Hospital with family at her bedside. Funeral services for Mrs. Parker will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday, December 21, 2024, at White Rock Presbyterian Church (516 Thompson Street) Kinston, NC. Interment will follow in Pinelawn Memorial Park (4488 Hwy 70 W) Kinston, NC. A walk-through viewing will be held from 3-6:00pm on Friday, December 20, 2024, at the funeral home. DUE TO VARIANTS OF COVID-19, MASKS ARE REQUIRED AT THE FUNERAL HOME AND CHURCH.
Mrs. Parker is survived by her husband, Nehemiah E. Parker of the home, her daughter, Sharon T. Parker of California, her granddaughter, Jazzlyn Core of California, sister-in-law, Ernestine Davis, of Philadelphia, sisters, Elizabeth Lucur (Dwight) of Wilson, NC, Christine Pressely of Blackville, SC, brothers, Charles Bynum (Olivia) of Raleigh, NC, Clarence Bynum (Brenda) of Wilson, NC, sister-in-law, Shirley Bynum of Henderson, NC, special niece, Eunice Parker of Jacksonville, NC, special nephew, Eddie Mims (Del) of Wilson, NC, a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins and long standing dear friends.
