Doris Jones Sutton

Ms. Doris Jones Sutton, 94, of 601 Girl Scout Road, Kinston, NC, closed her eyes into the joys of the Lord on Friday, February 4, 2022 in the quietness of her home.  Funeral services for Ms. Sutton will be held at 12:00pm on Friday, February 11, 2022 at Herring Grove Free Will Baptist Church, Kinston, NC.  Entombment will be held at 10:00am on Sunday, February 13, 2022 at Pinelawn Memorial Park, Kinston, NC.  A walk-through viewing will be held on Thursday, February 10, 2022 from 3-6:00pm at the funeral home.  DUE TO THE DIFFERENT VARIANTS OF COVID-19, MASKS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING ARE REQUIRED AT THE FUNERAL HOME, CHURCH, AND CEMETERY.  

Ms. Sutton is survived by her son, Earnest Sutton Jr. of the home, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
