Edna Earl King Mitchell

Ms. Edna Earl King Mitchell, 84, of 3933 Hwy 11 N. Kinston, NC peacefully closed her eyes into the joys of the Lord on Friday morning October 10, 2025, in the quietness of her home surrounded with family.  Funeral services for Ms. Mitchell will be held 12noon on Friday, October 17,2025, at Church  Of Faith And Deliverance Church (655 Sussex Street) Kinston, NC.  Interment will follow in Pinelawn Memorial Park (4488 US-70) Kinston, NC.  A WALK THROUGH VIEWING will be held on Thursday, October 16,2025, from  3-6PM at the Funeral Home. MASKS ARE AVAILABLE.

Ms. Mitchell is survived by her devoted children,  Thornton A. King (Lorraine), Anthony King (Linda), Dr. Keisha Smith, her sister Mae King Mason (Dennis), her brother, James Clifton Arnold, her sister-in-law,Rosa Lee King, her 6-  grandchildren,  her 8- great grandchildren, a host of neices, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.  

Services of Love, Dignity, and Care are being rendered by Albritton-Carraway Funeral Home.
