Ella Daughety Fonville

Ms. Ella Daughety Fonville, 81, of 1207 Gooding Drive, Kinston, NC peacefully closed her eyes into the joys of the Lord on Friday afternoon, February 20, 2026, in the quietness of her home surrounded by family.  Funeral Service for Ms. Fonville will be held at 1:00pm on Friday, February 27, 2026, at Sand Hill Free Will Baptist Church (3181 Neuse Road) Kinston, NC.  Interment will follow in Pinelawn Memorial Park (4488 Hwy 70 W) Kinston, NC.  A walk-through viewing will be held on Thursday, February 26, 2026, from 3-6:00pm at the funeral home.  Masks are available.  

Ms. Fonville is survived by her son, Willie A. Fonville Jr. (Melinda) of Kinston, NC, her siblings, Annie Brown of Kinston, NC, Essie Speight of Plainfield, NJ, James Daughety, Michael Daughety both of New Jersey, 3 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
