Mr. Franklin Antonio Bowden, II, of 3879 Leland Dr. Grifton, NC, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 on Davis Street in Kinston, NC.  Funeral services for Mr. Bowden will be held at 2:00pm on Sunday, June 4,2023, at Church of Faith and Deliverance (655 Sussex Street) Kinston, NC.  Interment will follow in BrownTown Memorial Cemetery (BrownTown Road) Snow Hill, NC.  A walk-through viewing will be held on Saturday, June 3, 2023, from 3-6:00 at the funeral home.  DUE TO VARIANTS OF COVID-19, MASKS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING ARE REQUIRED AT THE FUNERAL HOME, CHURCH, AND CEMETERY.

Mr.Bowden is survived by his significant other, Akiah Dixon, his 3 children, Cali Bowden, Naomi Bowden, and Nolan Bowden, his mother, Kimberly Carthen, his father, Franklin Antonio Bowden (Lisa), his grandparents, Richard and Linda Bowden Branch, his siblings, Fatima Carthen, Malcolm Bowden, Kimora Johnson, Kaeja Saucer, Leshay Blount, Miari Blount, his bonus brother, Marquis Myers, one nephew, Domani Herring, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
