Gregory McCarter

Mr. Gregory McCarter, 67, of 1508 North Queen Street, Kinston, NC, closed his eyes into eternal rest Saturday, October 14, 2023, in the quietness of his home.  A Graveside Service for Mr. McCarter will be held at 10:00am Thursday, October 19, 2023, with Military Honors at Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery (164 Longs Plant Farm Road) Goldsboro, NC.  A walk-through will be held on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, from 3-6:00pm at the funeral home.  DUE TO VARIANTS OF COVID-19, MASKS ARE REQUIRED AT THE FUNERAL HOME.

Mr. McCarter is survived by his devoted wife, Velma Poole McCarter of the home, his loving mother, Alberta Gore, his sister, Kathy Jones (Greg), his brother, Felix McCarter all of Kinston, NC, and a host of other family and friends.
