Mr. James W. Fonville, 91, of 1913 Tower Hill Road, Kinston, NC closed his eyes into eternal rest on Sunday, November 14, 2021 at UNC Lenoir Health Care in Kinston, NC.  Funeral services for Trustee James Fonville will be held at 1:00pm on Sunday, November 21, 2021 at River of Life Christian Center, 301 N. Secrest Street, Kinston, NC.  Entombment will be held at Pinelawn Memorial Park, Kinston, NC.  A walk-through viewing will be held on Saturday, November 20, 2021 from 3:00-6:00pm at the funeral home.  DUE TO DELTA VIRUS AND COVID-19, MASKS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING ARE REQUIRED AT THE FUNERAL HOME, CHURCH, AND CEMETERY.

Mr. Fonville is survived by his wife, Alfreda Brown Fonville; his sons, James Fonville Jr., Lomax Fonville, and Ronnie Fonville; his brother, Donald Fonville, his grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
