JOHN DAVIS WILLIAMS, 77, of 308 North Trianon Street, Kinston, NC, closed his eyes into eternal rest on Monday morning, May 15,2023, at Kitty Askins Hospice House in Goldsboro, NC. Graveside Service for Mr. Williams will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday, May 20, 2023, at Hickory Grove Church Cemetery (2478 Causey Rd.) Kinston, NC.  A walk-through viewing will be held on Friday, May 19, 2023, from 3-6:00pm at the funeral home.  DUE TO VARIANTS OF COVID-19, MASKS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING ARE REQUIRED AT THE FUNERAL HOME AND CEMETERY.  
Mr. Williams is survived by his son, Rickie R. Roberts, his sisters, Melissa Harris, Rebecca Smith, and Shirley Weathington all of Kinston, NC, brother Bobby Williams (Brenda) of Silver Springs, MD, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
