Ms. Kelli Eugene Waters, 45, of 300 Hawthorne Lane, Charlotte, NC (formerly of Kinston, NC) closed her eyes peacefully in the quietness of her home, Thursday morning, November 23, 2023. A gathering of Kelli's family and friends, to say goodbye, will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at 1301 Riverview Rd., Raleigh, NC where her ashes will be scattered on the waterfront.
Kelli leaves to cherish her memories to her daughter, Daivi Scottlyn Harris, Raleigh, NC, father, James Morris Waters, Kinston, NC, mother, Michelle R. Waters, Raleigh, NC, paternal grandfather, Theodore R. Maye, Kinston, NC, brothers, Courtney James Waters, Fonte' Michael Wiggins (Tiffany) both of Raleigh, NC, two special nephews, Calell J. Waters and Chaim J. Waters, Raleigh, NC, special father, Willie E. Laughinghouse, Kinston, NC, and a host of friends and relatives.
