Linwood "Jabbo" Fisher

Mr. Linwood "Jabbo" Fisher, 70, of 2962 Faulkner Road, Kinston, NC closed his eyes peacefully into eternal rest on Friday, January 6, 2023,at Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro, NC.  Funeral services for Mr. Fisher will be held 2:00PM on Sunday, January 15, 2023, at Church Of Faith And Deliverance Church (655 Sussex Street) Kinston, NC. Interment will follow in Hickory Grove Church Cemetery (2478 Causey Road) Kinston, NC.  A walk-through viewing will be held on Saturday,  January 14, 2023, from 3-6:00pm at the funeral home.  DUE TO VARIANTS OF COVID-19,  MASKS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING ARE REQUIRED AT THE FUNERAL HOME, CHURCH, AND CEMETERY. 

Mr. Fisher is survived by his mother, Virginia Fisher Barber of New Jersey, his son, Alrano Cochies Croom, 2-grandchildren, his sister, Cecelia Moye, his brother, Dennis Barber, his aunts, Ruth Dunk, Willie Mae Fisher, Ernestine Fisher, Anna Rae Wiggins, Lola Williams, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
