Ms. Lori Janine Little, 58, of 1001 Penncross Drive in Raleigh, NC (formerly of Kinston, NC) entered into the joys of the Lord on Thursday morning November 21, 2024, at the hospital in Raleigh, NC. Funeral services for Ms. Little will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2024, at The United American Free Will Baptist Tabernacle (1011 Dr. J.E. Reddick Circle) Kinston, NC. Homegoing Service time; 12:30pm-1:00pm, Ivy Beyond the Wall Ceremony,1:00pm-1:30pm, Family Visitation, Funeral time,1:30pm-2:30pm. Interment will follow in Pinelawn Memorial Park (4488 Hwy 70 W) Kinston, NC. A walk-through viewing will be held from 3-6:00pm on Friday, December 6, 2024, at the funeral home. Due to variants of Covid-19, masks are required at the funeral home and church.
Lori is survived by her brother, Rev. Dr. J. Lin Dawson of Memphis, TN, her aunt, Ruby Elliott of Candor, NC, her uncle, Thomas Boyce (Cathy) of Baltimore, MD, God sisters, Debora Rhem Lightfoot, Rocky Mt, NC, Michella Boyd Alston of Greensboro, NC, Marcelle Boyd Pettis of Raleigh, NC, three "special daughters", Jelyse Linette Dawson of Raleigh, NC, Maurissa Imani Barnes and Zawadi Barnes of Charlotte, NC, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
