Cleoxen “Red” Waters, 76, of 603 W. Highland Avenue, Kinston, NC closed his eyes into eternal rest on Saturday, October 17, 2020 in the quietness of his home. Memorial services for Mr. Waters will be held on Thursday, October 22, 2020 at 12:00 Noon at Albritton-Carraway Funeral Home Chapel in Kinston, NC. Facial masks and social distancing are required at the funeral home.
Mr. Waters is survived by his brother, Mr. Johnnie Mitchell of the home and his sister, Annie Mae Dudley of New York.
