Mr. Eli “Brother-in-law” Waters

Mr. Eli “Brother-in-law” Waters, 73, of 907 Cunningham Road, Kinston, NC peacefully entered into eternal rest on Monday, May 11, 2020 at Signature Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Kinston. Graveside services for Mr. Waters will be held on Friday, May 15, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Oak Hill Memorial Gardens in Kinston. A walk-through viewing will be held on Thursday, May 14, 2020 from 3:00 until 6:00 PM at the funeral home. 

Mr. Waters is survived by his sisters, Louise Jones of Kinston, NC and Betty Statham of Virginia; brother, Johnny Earl Waters of Connecticut and a host of nieces and nephews.
