Mr. L.J (Leavy Jackson) Moore

Mr. L.J (Leavy Jackson) Moore, 89, of 128 Meadow Oaks, Jacksonville, NC entered into eternal rest on Monday, June 10, 2019 at Premier Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Jacksonville, NC.  Funeral services for Mr. Moore will be held on Thursday, June 13, 2019 at 11:00 am at Alum Springs Church of Christ Disciples of Christ, 11085 NC Hwy 55, Dover, NC.  Interment will be held on Friday, June 14, 2019 at 10;00 am at Coastal Carolina State Veteran Cemetery in Jacksonville with military honors observed. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 12, 2019 from 4:00 until 7:00 pm at the funeral home.  

Mr. Moore is survived by his Sister, Mrs. Rose Rountree of New Castle, Delaware; Niece, Mrs. Marthea Rountree-Savoy of Waldorf, MD; Nephews, Mr. Gene Williamson, II, of Jacksonville, NC, and Mr. Ellis Williamson of Durham, NC as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
