Mr. O.K. Devon Murphy, 66, of 620 N. Davis Street, Kinston, NC closed his eyes into eternal rest on Saturday, December 16, 2023 at UNC Lenoir Health Care in Kinston, NC. A Viewing will be held for Mr. Murphy on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, from 10-11:00am at the funeral home. DUE TO VARIANTS OF COVID-19, MASKS ARE REQUIRED AT THE FUNERAL HOME.\
Mr. Murphy is survived by his wife, Ivy Norwood Murphy of the home, his son, Christohper Murphy, granddaughter, JaCeila Morris, his sisters, Aretha Jacob, Geraldine Lofton (Bishop Virgil Loftin), Emma Clark, his brother, Tony Murphy (Margie), a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
