Reverend Arthur McCullen Lofton, Jr.

Reverend Arthur McCullen Lofton, Jr., 83, of 2105 Northview Drive, Kinston, NC answered the heavenly call of the Lord Jesus Christ on Thursday, December 31, 2020 in the quietness of his home surrounded by family. Funeral services for Reverend Lofton will be held on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at 12:00 noon at United American Free Will Baptist Tabernacle in Kinston, NC with limited amount of people in attendance. Interment will follow in Mills Memorial Gardens in Kinston. A walk through viewing will be held on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 from 3:00 until 6:00 pm at the funeral home. Social distancing and facial masks are required at the funeral home, church and cemetery. Livestream will be made available five minutes prior to the service beginning via Albritton-Carraway Funeral Home Facebook page.

Reverend Lofton is survived by his wife, Mrs. Phyllis Rouse Lofton of the home; children, Jimmy Mumford, Antonio Lofton, Christopher Lofton, Thomas Dawson, Kenneth Dawson, Eric Dawson and Litisha Dawson; brothers, Arthur McMullen, Jr. and Norman Lofton; a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
