Reverend Joe Louis Hill

Reverend Joe Louis Hill, 88, of 1804 Elizabeth Drive, Kinston, NC who peacefully closed his eyes into the joys of the Lord Thursday, August 7, 2025 in the quietness of his home surrounded with family.  A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, August 16, 2025, at United American Free Will Baptist Tabernacle (1011 JE Reddick Circle) Kinston, NC.  Interment will be held on Monday, August 18, 2025, at 12:00pm  at Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery (164 Longs Path Farm Road) Goldsboro, NC with Military Honors.  A walk-through viewing will be held on Friday, August 15, 2025, from 3-6:00pm at the funeral home.

Reverend Hill is survived by his wife, Hilda Beatty Hill, his children, Debra Larkins, Nicole Wilson (James), Beverly Miller (Derrick), Gabrielle Hill, Joe Larkins, Jr., Emmanuel Hill, 15 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, 1 great great-grandchild, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Services of Love, Dignity, and Care are being rendered by Albritton-Carraway Funeral Home.
