Mr. Rodney Lee "Junebug" Warren, Sr., 48, of 3213 Chris Street, Kinston, NC closed his eyes into eternal rest on Friday, January 19, 2024, at PruittHealth -Trent Hospice in New Bern, NC. Funeral services for Mr. Warren will be held at 1:00pm on Sunday, January 28, 2024, at St. Delight Missionary Baptist Church (341 Speight Bridge Road) Walstonburg, NC. Service will be live-streamed via Albritton-Carraway Facebook page.  Interment will follow in St. Delight Church Cemetery.  A walk-through viewing will be held from 3-6:00 pm on Saturday, January, 27, 2024, at the funeral home.  DUE TO VARIANTS OF COVID-19, MASKS ARE REQUIRED AT THE FUNERAL AND CHURCH.

Mr. Warren is survived by his daughters, Daniqua Davis, Kareema Best, Jada Perry, Montajah Hilliard, and Zora Hilliard, his sons, Rodney Lee Warren, Jr, Desedick Best, Isaac Freeman, Isaiah Freeman, his mother, Tracey Warren, his brothers, Henry Warren, Jerry Warren, Victor Clay (India) of Virginia, Austin Clay and Ondra Clay of Kentucky, his sisters, Porshe Foreman, and Marisa Coppedge, his 3 aunts, his 5 uncles, his in-laws, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
