Mr. Theodore Ivan "Kool Pop" Sutton, 71, of 1541 Bonnie Lane, Kinston, NC, closed his eyes into eternal rest on Monday, April 24, 2023, at ECU Health Medical Center in Greenville, NC.  A Memorial Service for Mr. Sutton will be held at 3:00pm on Saturday, April 29, 2023, in Albritton-Carraway Funeral Home Chapel.  DUE TO VARIANTS OF COVID-19, MASKS ARE REQUIRED AT THE FUNERAL HOME.

Mr. Sutton is survived by his children, Karen Sutton, Theodora  Edwards, Larquette Jones, Theodore Tawan Bowser, his siblings, Roger Jones, Nathaniel Jones, Albert Jones, Curley Jones, Reginald Jones, Leanard Sutton, Henry Sutton, Keith Jones, 6 grandchildren , 8 great-grandchildren,his close work friends, Paul Faulkner, Robby Register, Quincy Faulkner, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
