Valerie Jean Solomon

Ms. Valerie Jean Solomon, 76, of 4640 Cindy Lane, Kinston, NC closed her eyes into eternal peace on Sunday, March 23, 2025, at ECU Health Medical Center in Greenville, NC.  A Memorial Service for Ms. Solomon will be held at 1:00pm on Thursday, April 3, 2025, at St. Augustus AME Zion Church (318 North Street) Kinston, NC.  There will NOT be a viewing.  DUE TO VARIANTS OF COVID-19, MASKS ARE REQUIRED AT THE CHURCH.  

Ms. Solomon is survived by her daughter, LaReesa Adams, 2-grandchildren, Makennize Adams, Jimmell Williams,II, 2-great grandchildren, Xavier, Niko all of Cincinnati, Ohio, her siblings, Charisse Luke of Savannah, Georgia,  Sonjia Solomon of Beltsville, Maryland, Christopher Solomon of Raleigh, North Carolina, cousins and other relatives and friends.
